Here's a few pictures of things we've done during the last couple of weeks of January. Most of the month has been cold and windy (with occasional spats of snow) so we've been pretty limited in the outdoor stuff we can do. We are so ready for spring!!!
While Owen was at school one day, BB experimented with paints for the first time. He wasn't sure what to think when the paint ended up on his hands--he looked at his hand for several seconds then eventually decided to taste it! Thank you Crayola for making non-toxic (and washable) paints. He did succeed in creating a couple of beautiful paintings, with minimal mess.
Steve has been teaching Owen to play the X-Box. He loves to play Spiderman and is getting better at it each time they play. His fine motor skills are going to be better than mine before too long :)
The last weekend of January was beautiful, temperature in the 60's!!! We went hiking at Pandappas with Grandma then played outside for most of the day. We had a great time using the stomp rockets (didn't get pictures of that!) and only got one rocket stuck on the roof.
